Project Scope

Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of six building capacity of thirty-six residential apartments including installation, support systems and other activities in accordance with technical requirements for the Asset Permanent Housing buildings with reference to Project Drawings and Specifications of NLNG T7 Project.

The NLNGT7 Project is located at Finima on Bonny Island, approximately 40 km south of Port Harcourt in Rivers State, Nigeria.

• Design/engineering basis for 6 buildings and external areas
